The question we get a lot in relation to the Get Comfortable campaign is: “I see the list of Get Comfortable‘s business partners, but what are they doing to contribute?”

So we wanted to let you know how you can support the businesses who support Get Comfortable. Scroll through and read carefully, and just know there are many, many ways your dollars can find their way into this benevolence fund, 100% of which we’ll give away to the nonprofit community at the end of 2019.

First off, our Retail Partners

Whenever you see the Get Comfortable IPA on tap—at restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and growler shops—feel good knowing that every pint you buy contributes to the fund. Many thanks to Savannah Distributing and our generous retail partners for forfeiting your funds as well!


1000 Faces Coffee + Mad Dawg Donuts

1000 Faces and Mad Dawg Donuts—a new offering from Nedza’s Waffles—have teamed up to create Donuts & Coffee Love. DCL is a fundraiser series held at 1000 Faces once a month on select Sundays from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Throughout 2019, 10% of DCL proceeds will go to the Get Comfortable campaign. Check either their Facebook page or our Events section to stay up to date!

Athens TLC Dental

Athens TLC Dental will be donating 5% of the proceeds from all its new patient appointments throughout 2019 to the Get Comfortable Fund.

The Comerian

The Comerian bakery will provide their artisanal pretzels for 4 events (TBD) hosted at Little King’s Shuffle Club throughout 2019, 100% of the sales to go toward the campaign.

Element Funding

Throughout 2019, Element Funding’s Athens office will donate $10 for every loan closed.

Emily Hearn Music

10% of all Emily’s music and merch sales (including iTunes!) between January and April 2019 will be donated to Get Comfortable.

Hotel Indigo

Join the friendly staff at our downtown Hotel Indigo on ‘Get Comfy Fridays,” where the Get Comfortable IPA will be featured and 100% of the profits will be donated to the campaign.

Georgia Skin Cancer & Aesthetic Dermatology

100% of the profits from all GSCAD’s Botox and volume filler treatments performed between February 6 – April 10, 2019 will be donated to Get Comfortable.

Giant Worldwide

Giant Worldwide serves as Creature Comforts’ leadership development consultant, having developed a year-round training program for their managers and emerging leaders. Throughout 2019, 10% of services rendered by Giant will be donated to Get Comfortable.

Golden Pantry

Between March 1 – April 30, 5% of all biscuit sales from all participating Athens area Golden Pantry stores will be donated to the Get Comfortable program.

Grahl Construction

Grahl Construction is proud to partner with this year’s Get Comfortable campaign through a one-time donation, based upon the volume of work completed in 2019.

Jenny Sue Makeup

A percentage of sales from services rendered between January and April 2019 will be donated to the Get Comfortable Fund.

Let Us Compost

Throughout 2019, 100% of all profits generated from residential service sales on Thirsty Thursdays will be donated to Get Comfortable. Get thirsty, starve landfills!

Lyft

For every Lyft ride to or from Creature Comforts—both the downtown taproom and the new production facility off Chase Street—Lyft will donate $1 to the Get Comfortable fund. Let Lyft be your designated driver.

Nedza’s Waffles

Whenever you see the Nedza’s Waffles food cart onsite at the brewery, 10% of sales go toward Get Comfortable.

Satisfactory Design & Printing

Satisfactory is the official merchandise producer for this year’s Get Comfortable campaign. All the Get Comfortable t-shirt prints you’ll find in our online store were created at a significantly reduced rate to direct as many dollars as possible to this cause.

Shakti Power Yoga

Throughout 2019, 50% of proceeds from Shakti’s Get Comfy classes will go directly to the Get Comfortable Fund, as will 30% of Shakti’s Get Comfy merchandise profits. Finally, there will be several special yoga sessions hosted at Creature Comforts and 1000 Faces Coffee to benefit the program. Check this calendar to learn more.

Sign Bros.

Throughout 2019, the Sign Bros. will donate 10% of the revenue they receive from start-up business clients towards the Get Comfortable campaign.

The Place

Throughout the months of February, March, and April, 5% of all of The Place’s Monday sales will be donated to the Get Comfortable Fund.

UPS Epps Bridge

Throughout 2019, 5% of all business card purchases will be donated to the campaign. And whenever “Get Comfortable” is mentioned on a new order, they’ll up the donation to 15%.

Wireless One Management

Now through June 30, 2019, $1 will be donated to Get Comfortable for every device sold at WOM’s Verizon Wireless stores in Watkinsville (in Butler’s Crossing Plaza) and Washington (on the town square). Mention “Get Comfortable” while you’re there to add another $10 donation!
